Services
For The Learner

Our Facilitators are all highly qualified and experienced subject matter experts in the Hospitality industry, providing a leading edge in credible skills delivery by keeping up with the evolving learning landscape.

Through our own accreditation and with the support of our multi-accredited training partners, learners have increased access to occupationally directed programmes. Coupled with career guidance and the development of formal career paths (in line with the South African National Qualifications Framework levels), employment marketability of an individual increases.

We provide access to state of the art workplace learning facilities, which are a functional learning playground for key embedded practical skills and knowledge

We promote and encourage accredited unit standard based programmes, skills programmes and national certificates in the workplace, supporting the job requirements of the individual as well as continuous performance development

We deliver relevant sector-based programmes addressing the needs of unemployed youth and first-time entrants to the labour market, including projects that support individuals with disabilities

Through career guidance and mentoring, we help to discover and design career pathways for the individual. This approach helps the individual recognise their natural skills, talent and passion for a career. Hiring organisations will engage and develop with a more cohesive and purpose driven workforce – aligning to corporate strategy and business vision
